Drivers will take to the track for the final round of the Shannons Insurance NTESERIES this Sunday!
This Sunday will see drivers take to the track for the final round of the Shannons Insurance NTESERIES. The season finale will take place at the world-famous Mount Panorama, Bathurst.
Sticking with the series format, drivers will first take to the track in their TCR cars for a 20 minute sprint race. With full points on the line, drivers will need to manage risk over reward to avoid the infamous carnage over the mountain, but still manage to put in a good result for some ever-important championship points.
They will then jump out of their TCR cars and straight into a Supercar for qualifying and to book themselves a spot on the grid for the final 40 minute Supercar race.
Our current championship leader, Jack Widdas heads into the final round with a 69 point lead over Blake Worboys in 2nd and a 84 point lead over Damon Mulqueen in 3rd but with 150 points on the line for each race, the championship is far from over.
