Lights go out for round 1 of the new series on 12 June.
A full grid of forty-five drivers will take to the grid next Sunday for round one of the inaugural NTESERIES Dry Season Cup. Round 1 heads to the Brands Hatch circuit in the United Kingdom.
Each round will feature two action packed 20 minute sprint races with manual rolling starts under the NTESERIES Aston Martin Course Car. The rounds will be full of strategy with all drivers only having to complete one compulsory pit stop across across the two races, increasing and encouraging strategy for all entrants.
The series will also see 2022 Shannons Insurance NTESERIES champion, Jack Widdas return to the grid to try his hand in the Porsche 992. Widdas was consistently quick in both the TCR and Supercar during the Shannons series and organisers are keen to see if Widdas can continue his form in this brand new series.
The 2022 NTESERIES Dry Season Cup will be run over five rounds at various tracks around the world.
